Refund policy

At EverGlow, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to Return Email us at your store email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned after 30 days will not be accepted.
