Shipping policy

At EverGlow, we strive to get your beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another when it has been shipped.

Shipping Within South Africa We deliver nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy. Delivery times are estimated as follows:

• Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Outlying & rural areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through The Courier Guy's website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, The Courier Guy will make a second attempt. If delivery fails again, the parcel may be returned to us. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct when placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
